Peab has been commissioned to renovate 391 apartments in Ättekula, Helsingborg. The customer is HSB Brf Ättekula and the contract is worth SEK 157 million.
The water and sewage pipes in the apartment buildings will be replaced with new ones and all the bathrooms will be renovated.
The project is a turnkey contract in cooperation. The project will begin in the fourth quarter of 2018 and will be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
The project was order registered in the second quarter of 2018.
