Peab has been commissioned to handle a 16,500 m2 extension of Torp Shopping Center in Uddevalla as well as a substantial renovation of existing premises. The customer is Thon Property AB and the contract is worth SEK 580 million.
Torp Shopping Center will undergo a thorough update when the existing open spaces are renovated in connection with the creation of around 30 new shops and some new restaurants.
This is a turnkey contract in partnering. Construction will begin in October 2018 and is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2020.
The project will be order registered in the third quarter of 2018.
