Peab has been commissioned to build a nursing home in Vallby, Västerås. The customer is Hemsö Fastighets AB and the contract is worth SEK 265 million.
The contract comprises planning and construction of a nursing home with 120 apartments. The building will also contain a bomb shelter. The project will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad level Silver.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in August 2019 and is expected to be completed in April 2021.
The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2019.
