Peab has been commissioned to build a pool facility in Näsby in Kristianstad. The customer is Kristianstad Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 468 million.
The facility will be built in Näsby located in the northwestern part of Kristianstad. The pool facility will contain two 25 meter pools, three hot pools, a family pool, a diving pool, water slide, relaxation area, changing rooms and a large-scale kitchen. The building will be a total of around 14,100 m2.
The project is a turnkey contract in cooperation. Planning for the project has already begun and the final inspection will take place in the summer 2022.
The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2019.
