Peab has been commissioned to build two apartment buildings, a parking garage and a store on Brahenkatu in Turku. The customer is Auratum Asunnot Turku Oy and the contract is worth MEUR 16 million.
Peab will build two new high class apartment buildings with a total of 105 apartments in central Turku. The project also includes the construction of a parking garage and a store.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in April 2019 and the project is expected to be ready for occupation in August 2021.
The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2019.
