Peab has been commissioned to build 108 apartments in Helsingborg. The customer is Tornet Drottninghög AB and the contract is worth SEK 133 million.
Project Infanteriet Block comprises 108 apartments and two venues allocated in four buildings: two of them with five floors and two will have seven floors. The buildings will be constructed according to Miljöbyggnad Silver and furnished with a combination of geothermal and district heating as well as solar hybrids that produce both heat and electricity to keep energy costs down.
The project is a turnkey contract. Construction will begin in March 2019 and occupation is planned for March 2021.
The project was order registered in the fourth quarter of 2018.
