Peab has won four new operation contracts for road maintenance in the operational areas Vilhelmina, Svenstavik, Arboga and Helsingborg. The customer is the Swedish Transport Administration and the total contract is worth SEK 666 million.
Sweden's national road network is divided into geographical areas, where each area consists of 550 to 1,750 kilometers of roads. Peab has now been awarded a contract for the basic maintenance of the road network in the operational areas Vilhelmina, Svenstavik, Arboga and Helsingborg. In total Peab will maintain around 3,500 kilometers of federal roads and Peab now has operation contracts for 24 of the Swedish Transport Administration's road operation areas.

The contracts start on September 1, 2026 and extend over four years with an option for a further two years.
The projects will be order registered in the first quarter 2026.
